Look at Nature and slow down.
California Wildfires on a personal level
2017, a difficult year. That is what I read everywhere. Politically, environmentally, and financially. If not a Trump fan, not a good year; natural disasters happening because of global… Read more 2017 >>> 2018 →
What does change mean? Do we ever change? What is it that changes, if anything? Looking deeply into the concept of change, what is it? A leaf changes from bud, to spring green, to summer green, to autumn rust, to shriveled up. It goes through change but in reality, it is still a leaf. The energy between another person and myself create the space we are in: I respond to highly task oriented people… Read more The Energy we Create →

For example, I am a lawyer, a republican, married, and crazy about baseball – that is my box and I behave accordingly. Or, I am a teacher, a democrat, single, and crazy about shoes. Or, I am a business owner, libertarian, gay, and crazy about theater. Our face to the world is boxed… Read more What is Your Normal? →
